Solis Marine provides 24/7 global emergency response and independent expert advice on marine incident investigations and salvage and wreck removal.
Our senior experts have given expert evidence in court and / or arbitration in relation to collisions, groundings, tugs and manoeuvring, unsafe ports and berths, cargo issues, machinery failure, passage planning, LOF salvage, personal injury, vessel operations, prudent seamanship and damage to submarine pipelines.
We have three Special Casualty Representatives (SCRs) on the panel at Lloyd’s who have been heavily involved in a number of high profile and politically sensitive wreck removal and salvage operations. Our team of naval architects have practical salvage and wreck removal experience working on behalf of both vessel owners / insurers as well as directly for salvors.
